1. プライバシー

Sivree は、アカウント登録・ログイン・広告・アクセス解析・Cookie を使いません。運営者が閲覧者の個人情報を収集・保管することはありません。

この端末に保存されるもの

次の情報は、お使いのブラウザの保存領域（localStorage など）にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーには送られません。

• 関心の設定（地域・分野、情報源のオン／オフ、関心トピック、フォローとミュート、非表示にした記事）
• 保存した記事（見出し・発信元・URL・発表日と、あなたが書いたメモ）。引用の書き出しもこの端末の中で行い、どこにも送信しません
• 表示言語、画像の表示設定、一覧の表示状態、前回開いた時刻（「新着」の印のため）

ブラウザのサイトデータを消去すると、これらも消えます。設定と保存した記事は「設定をコピー」で書き出して、別の端末に貼り付けられます。

配信元（GitHub Pages）

本サイトは GitHub Pages で配信されています。アクセス時の IP アドレスなどの通信記録は、配信元の GitHub が自社の方針に基づいて扱います（GitHub のプライバシーに関する声明）。Sivree の運営者はそれらを受け取りません。

外部サイトとの通信

• 記事の見出し・要約は、運営者が定期的に取得したものを本サイトとして配信しています。閲覧中に、発信元へアクセスすることはありません。
• 「画像を表示」をオンにすると、記事の画像を発信元のサーバーから直接読み込みます。その際、発信元にあなたの IP アドレスなどが伝わります（参照元の情報は送りません）。初期設定はオフです。
• 「原文を開く」などのリンクを開くと、発信元のサイトに移動します。以降は、そのサイトのプライバシー方針が適用されます。

ご意見の送信

「ご意見を送る」「情報源をリクエスト」は GitHub の公開ページ（Issues）に移動します。投稿した内容は、あなたの GitHub アカウント名とともに、誰でも閲覧できます。個人情報や秘密情報は書かないでください。

Google ドライブでの同期（任意）

設定画面の「Google でログインして同期」を押した場合に限り、設定と保存した記事をあなた自身の Google ドライブのこのアプリ専用の非表示フォルダに保存し、端末間で同期します。

• Sivree のサーバーには保存しません（Sivree にはサーバーがありません）。設定と保存した記事は、あなたの端末と、あなたの Google ドライブの間だけを移動します。
• Google へのログインは、そのフォルダへの許可（drive.appdata）を得るためだけに使います。Sivree はあなたの氏名・メールアドレス・ドライブ内のほかのファイルを読みません。
• 同期を押すまで、Google とは通信しません。押すと、Google のログイン用スクリプトを読み込み、Google と通信します。その取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシー に従います。
• 同期をやめる操作で許可を取り消します。「ドライブの保存データを削除」でドライブ上のファイルを消せます。Google アカウントの設定からも、いつでも許可を取り消せます。
• Sivree による Google API から取得した情報の使用と、他のアプリへの提供は、限定的な使用の要件を含め、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに従います。Sivree は取得した情報を、広告にも、第三者への提供にも、販売にも使いません。

今後の変更

運営者のサーバーにデータを保存する機能を追加する場合は、事前にこのページを更新し、保存する内容・目的・削除の方法をお知らせします。

2. 利用条件

• ベータ版: 本サービスは無料のベータ版です。内容・機能は予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。
• 利用料の方針: 個人の私的な利用（業務や事業に使わない利用）と、教育機関・慈善団体による利用は、今後も無償です。会社・事務所・公的研究機関など、それ以外の組織が業務で利用する場合は、正式版から組織単位の年額プランをお願いする予定です。ベータ版の間は、業務での利用も無料です。プランの内容と料金は未定で、開始の前にこのページと画面でお知らせします。
• 正確性: 見出しと要約は発信元の情報から自動で作られます。誤り・抜け・更新漏れが含まれることがあります。重要な判断の前には、必ず「原文」で発信元の情報をご確認ください。
• 助言ではありません: 本サービスの内容は情報の提供のみを目的とし、投資・法律・医療その他の専門的助言ではありません。
• 無保証・免責: 法令で認められる範囲で、運営者は本サービスの内容の正確性・完全性・継続性を保証せず、利用によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
• 禁止事項: 本サービスへの過度なアクセス、不正アクセス、運営を妨げる行為はおやめください。
• 準拠法: 法令上の強行規定がある場合を除き、運営者の所在地の法律に従います。

3. 情報源と著作権

Sivree は、政府・自治体、企業、研究機関、団体・NPO などの一次情報（発信元が自ら公開した情報）だけを集めています。

• 記事の著作権・商標その他の権利は、それぞれの発信元に帰属します。Sivree は見出し・短い要約・原文へのリンクのみを表示し、記事全文を転載・再配布しません。
• 発信元の利用条件が商用での利用・再配布を制限している場合は、見出しと原文へのリンクだけを表示し、説明文・要約・画像は出しません。
• 情報の取得は、公開されているフィード（RSS など）と、サイトの robots.txt の指示に従って行います。クローラーは SivreeBot と名乗ります。
• 発信元から掲載の中止を求められた場合は、速やかに対応します。下記の連絡先までお知らせください。
• Sivree は、各発信元とは無関係の独立したサービスであり、その承認や提携を受けたものではありません。

4. 連絡先

ご質問・削除のご依頼・不具合の報告は、GitHub の Issues へお寄せください（公開されます）。公開したくないご連絡の窓口は、正式公開までに設けます。

Privacy & Terms

1. Privacy

Sivree has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no cookies. The operator does not collect or store personal information about visitors.

What is stored on your device

The following is kept only in your browser's storage (localStorage and similar). It is never sent to the operator's servers.

• Your interest settings: regions and fields, which sources are on or off, topics, followed and muted publishers, hidden articles
• Articles you saved (headline, publisher, URL, publication date and your own notes). Citations are generated and exported on your device and are not sent anywhere
• Display language, the image setting, list display state and the time you last opened Sivree (for the “New” marker)

Clearing your browser's site data erases them. You can export your settings and saved articles with “Copy settings” and paste them on another device.

Hosting (GitHub Pages)

This site is served by GitHub Pages. Connection records such as your IP address are handled by GitHub under its own policies (GitHub General Privacy Statement). The Sivree operator does not receive them.

Connections to other sites

• Headlines and summaries are fetched by the operator on a schedule and served from this site. Your browser does not contact publishers while you read.
• If you turn on “Show images”, article images load directly from the publisher's server, so the publisher can see your IP address (no referrer is sent). It is off by default.
• Links such as “Open original” take you to the publisher's site, where its own privacy policy applies.

Sending feedback

“Send feedback” and “Request a source” open GitHub Issues. What you post is public, together with your GitHub username. Do not include personal or confidential information.

Sync through Google Drive (optional)

Only if you press “Sign in with Google to sync” in Settings, your settings and saved articles are saved in a hidden, app-only folder in your own Google Drive and synced across your devices.

• Nothing is stored on Sivree's servers (Sivree has none). Settings and saved articles travel only between your devices and your Google Drive.
• Google sign-in is used only to obtain permission for that folder (drive.appdata). Sivree does not read your name, email address or any other file in your Drive.
• Sivree does not contact Google until you press the button. When you do, Google's sign-in script is loaded and your browser talks to Google, under Google's Privacy Policy.
• “Stop syncing” revokes the permission, and “Delete data saved in Drive” removes the file. You can also revoke access any time from your Google Account settings.
• Sivree's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Sivree does not use this information for advertising, does not share it with third parties and does not sell it.

Future changes

If we add features that store data on the operator's servers, we will update this page beforehand with what is stored, why, and how to delete it.

2. Terms of use

• Beta: The service is a free beta. Content and features may change, pause or end without notice.
• Pricing policy: Personal use that is not for work or business, and use by educational institutions and charities, will stay free. For companies, firms, public research organizations and other organizations using Sivree for work, we plan to ask for an annual plan per organization starting with the full release. Business use is also free during the beta. The plan's contents and price are not decided yet; we will announce them on this page and in the app before they start.
• Accuracy: Headlines and summaries are generated automatically from publishers' material and may contain errors, omissions or be out of date. Before relying on anything, check the original source.
• Not advice: The service is for information only and is not investment, legal, medical or other professional advice.
• No warranty: To the extent permitted by law, the operator makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability and is not liable for losses arising from use.
• Acceptable use: Please do not overload, attack or interfere with the service.
• Governing law: Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the law of the operator's place of residence applies.

3. Sources and copyright

Sivree collects only primary sources: material published by governments, companies, research institutions and non-profits themselves.

• Copyright, trademarks and other rights in articles belong to their publishers. Sivree shows headlines, short summaries and links to the original; it does not republish full articles.
• Where a source's terms restrict commercial use or redistribution, Sivree shows only the headline and a link to the original, with no description, summary or image.
• Material is collected from public feeds (such as RSS) and according to each site's robots.txt. The crawler identifies itself as SivreeBot.
• If a publisher asks us to stop listing its material, we will do so promptly. Contact us below.
• Sivree is independent of the publishers it lists and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.
